Why annual billing?
Most of our customers buy through procurement, and one purchase order per year is how they prefer to buy — twelve monthly invoices is friction, not flexibility. Annual licensing also matches how bid work actually flows: busy seasons and quiet months, with one license covering both. If your organization genuinely needs monthly billing, contact sales — a monthly bridge is available at $349/month for Professional.
What does 'Founding customer pricing' mean?
Early customers lock in today's rates. As the platform grows, list prices will rise for new customers — founding customers keep their pricing at renewal.
What happens after my 30-day evaluation?
After 30 days, the evaluation license expires. Generation and export pause, but your data and projects remain fully accessible — the platform fails closed for spend, open for access to your own data. Activate a paid license to pick up exactly where you left off.
What is the Pilot program?
A 90-day paid pilot ($1,500) with full Professional features, designed to de-risk procurement. If you convert to an annual plan, 100% of the pilot fee is credited toward your first year.
Do you offer multi-year agreements?
Yes. Two-year agreements are discounted 10% and three-year agreements 15%. Contact sales@crestbidai.com for a quote.
Are there any usage limits?
CrestBid runs locally on your hardware. There are no per-query fees, per-token charges, or API rate limits from us. The only practical limits are your local GPU resources and the seat/project limits of your plan.
Can I self-host Enterprise?
Yes. Enterprise includes fully on-premises, air-gap-capable deployment with no external dependencies. We provide Docker Compose packages and custom deployment support.
What hardware do I need?
For fully local AI: an NVIDIA GPU (RTX-class recommended) on Windows or Linux. Machines without an NVIDIA GPU — including Macs — can run CrestBid with a cloud model provider you configure. See the documentation for details.
How do I receive my license key?
After payment, your license key is emailed to you within minutes. Keys are signed tokens the app verifies offline — no account, no phone-home, no usage reporting.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure payment processor Paddle. All transactions are in USD.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Paddle account. Your license remains active until the end of your current billing period, and our 14-day refund policy applies to new purchases.
