Run this in an Administrator PowerShell window.

Open PowerShell as Administrator
Click Start, type PowerShell, right-click it, choose “Run as administrator”.

Paste the command from your email
It already contains your license key. Right-click to paste, then press Enter.

If asked to restart
The first run installs Docker + WSL2, which need one reboot. Restart, reopen PowerShell as admin, and paste the same command — it resumes.
